Your First Visit

Please arrive about 10 minutes early so that you have enough time to fill out your information on our New Patient form.

Initial Examination

Your dentist will start by reviewing your medical and dental history and completing a comprehensive dental exam. Your exam will include a thorough examination of your gums, teeth, bite and jaw, an oral cancer screening and any required x-rays.

Treatment Plan

Based on your history and examination, your dentist will create and customize a long-term dental treatment plan for you. Your dentist will also take the time to answer any questions you have about your dental health and treatment options.

Insurance & Payment Methods

At Orchard Park Dental & Implant Center, we'll help you navigate our options for payment and direct billing to insurance companies so you can concentrate on getting the dental care you need.

  • Direct Billing to Insurance

We offer direct billing for most insurance plans. For your convenience, we can submit your insurance claim electronically - which leads to faster reimbursement, without the need for paper forms or signatures.

Our administrative team can help you understand your insurance plan better and can also send estimates to your insurance company prior to starting any major treatments.

Please bring your insurance plan information to your appointment.

  • Payment Methods

At your appointment, any co-pays or amounts not covered by insurance are your responsibility and must be paid.

We accept payment by debit, cash or most major credit cards.

Support for Anxious Patients

If you have anxiety or fear around going to the dentist, don't fret - this is very common, but should be resolved as it can prevent people from getting the dental care they need.

The team at Orchard Park Dental & Implant Center has a variety of practices in place, including dental sedation options, to help you relax during your appointments.
